Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

At Hestia Pilates, we take pride in the quality and durability of our equipment. All of our reformers include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and issues related to materials or workmanship.

Our goal is to ensure that your equipment performs reliably and safely in your home. If you experience a defect, we are here to help.


What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies for 12 months from the date of purchase, and covers defects that occur under normal, residential use.

Examples of issues covered include:

  • Structural defects in the frame (e.g., unexpected cracking or weld failure)

  • Premature failure of mechanical components caused by a manufacturing defect

  • Stitching or upholstery separation due to improper manufacturing

  • Defective springs, clips, or hardware due to material defects

Where applicable, Hestia Pilates will repair or replace the defective part, or the unit itself if necessary.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to situations resulting from normal use, external damage, or improper handling. This includes:

  • Normal wear and tear (springs, ropes, straps, wheels, padding, foam, upholstery fading, etc.)

  • Cosmetic changes or marks that do not affect product functionality

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, modification, or inadequate storage

  • Damage caused by impact, dropping the equipment, or outdoor exposure

  • Issues arising from use in commercial, studio, or group settings (warranty applies only to home use)

  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized technicians

Examples of non-covered issues:

  • Ropes fraying after months of use

  • Padding showing compression marks over time

  • Scratches on the frame caused by footwear or accessories

  • Damage resulting from improper handling or relocation


Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, the replacement part will be shipped at no cost to you.
However:

  • Returning the defective part to Hestia Pilates may be at the customer’s expense, unless the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.


Additional Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Warranty support must be requested by email at info@hestiapilates.ca.
