I was nervous about ordering a reformer without trying it first but I’m so glad I did. This one exceeded my expectations. Customer service was great they even delivered it to my house in calgary, brought it downstairs and set it up for me.It made the whole experience so easy. If you’re unsure I definitely recommend this one I’m so happy with my purchase!

I bought this reformer in April 2025. I am completely satisfied. After doing studio classes for a few months, I wanted to practice this wonderful sport in the comfort of my home and also share it with other members of my family. An app for classes and that’s it. The table is of excellent quality, it is solid and complete with all the accessories included. The service is excellent and courteous in sales as well as after-sales service. Definitely recommended!!

I’ve been doing pilates for over 20 years on a small home machine. I decided to upgrade to a more professional series as I have back issues. The Hestia model does not disappoint. It has upped my workout and I have room to grow. It’s also foldable so I will be able to take it into my future locations. The owners were absolutely amazing to work with. They delivered the machine, set it up and showed me its features. I am thrilled with this purchase and feel that this is worth the cost.

I fell in love with pilates in spring 2025 and since the pass to a studio comes quite expensive, I decided to buy a reformer for home. After a bad first buy of a flimsy and small reformer, I dived into some research and came across this reformer. The service is excellent, I could even try the machine before buying. Being a 6 feet woman, I need a long reformer and this fits me:) It’s VERY quiet and sturdy with high quality springs, a nice addition to our home gym! Even my husband started to use it for his legs workout :)

After 2 years in the gym, tired of the distance. I hesitated, but I love their equipment. The quality is excellent (we’ve been using it for over a month) and it’s comparable to $4,000-$5,000 models. Great service, fast delivery to the suburbs of Quebec City, and they even installed the equipment. Now I can do it 2 to 3 times a week, and my partner has started too; he can’t believe the well-being he feels and the reduction in his back pain.
Suggestion: Show us videos for different levels; it would be super helpful. I do the routines I learned in the gym for osteoporosis, but I’m thinking of those who have never done them. Thanks again! France

I needed to replace my Pilates reformer so I went with the Hestia Pilates. What I like the most about its machine it’s the fact that I can fold it and therefore have more space in my home gym to do other workouts. So I highly recommend this product
