Return Policy

Hestia Pilates does not offer refunds.
Returns are accepted only in the case of a major manufacturing defect.

If a significant defect is discovered after installation, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your reformer. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue must be provided. A valid proof of purchase is required.

All returned items must include all original parts and packaging materials. Items that show signs of improper use, incorrect assembly, modification, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Normal wear and tear is not grounds for a return.

Warranty

All Hestia Pilates reformers are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear (springs, straps, ropes, wheels, padding, etc.)

  • Cosmetic marks or deterioration that does not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, inadequate storage, or unauthorized modifications

If a warranty claim is approved, Hestia Pilates will replace the defective part or, if necessary, the unit.
